Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted on the same day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the product from the moment the package is opened. This video must:
Start with the sealed package visible
Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
Clearly display any damage, defect, or discrepancy with the product
No warranty is provided for products. Returns are only accepted in the event of:
Receiving the wrong item
Receiving a defective or damaged item immediately upon delivery
How to Request a Return
Record a complete unboxing video that clearly shows the product and any issues, starting from the unopened package.

Provide:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
The unboxing video file or a link to the video (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
Return Approval and Process
Once we receive your unboxing video and verify the issue, we will approve the return.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us in original packaging with all accessories included.
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as agreed upon with our support team.
Important Notes
Returns requested after the day of delivery will not be accepted.
No warranty is provided; all products are sold as-is.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the product is returned and inspected.
